Really cute restaurant. Super soft and yummy donuts. Drinks were so good. Love all the art work. Would definitely come again for drinks and donuts again. I got lucky by finding parking directly across the street. Not sure how easy that is normally. But it’s Chicago. Parking is a hassle most of the time.

Chicken was Crispy. Drinks were good. The mochi donuts were okay. Loved the concept. Went when it opened, so no wait, floors can use a mopping. I can’t understand why the floor is so sticky/ dirty.

The doughnuts are amazing! We tried the new chicken sandwich and it was sooooo good. I am not a huge fan of teriyaki but the orange teriyaki sauce was refreshing and light. Vietnamese cold brew and ube latte were delicious. Second time here. First time was lunar new year 🙂

Since 2D is only open in the morning/afternoon I suggest making a reservation. The first time I tried to walk-in and there was no availability. I’m so glad I made a reservation and went back. Staff were so helpful and nice!

The aesthetic of this place is amazing. The food (sandwiches) however wasn’t freshly served when we visited- they were cold. The service is quick. However, their donuts and coffee were good. I personally liked the churro mochi donuts and pineapple cake donuts.

I absolutely love the whole concept of this place. It’s a small area but surprisingly not crowded. We made a reservation just in case. I did sit there confused for a while not realizing you order through the app. I ordered the churro mochi donut. As a Californian Mexican I was pretty disappointed. It tasted like a bit of sugar and a hint of a hint of cinnamon. My mango boba drink though was a delight.

We ordered lemon blossom fizz it was tart, pineapple mojito fizz, and it was also tart. Both drinks looked pretty. We ordered the 2d chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was very moist and tasty, and the fries were also good. I ordered the 2d rooster it was a little spicier than I thought it would be, but the chicken was very moist, and my husband ordered the Seoul rooster. He said the chicken was very good. The sauces for the chicken sandwiches were not my favorite, but the cut of chicken was very tasty. The kids also enjoyed the mochi donuts. The ambiance was my favorite it was small and cozy inside. Everywhere we looked, there was something to see and take a picture of.

This place looked *very* nice on the website so I booked a table for four people. When we got to the location we found that there was no accessible entrance, which I need as a wheelchair user. An offer of ‘if you can get her inside’, really left me with no appetite, so we left.

This place was amazing! I went for lunch on a weekday but the restaurant was not busy at all so there were plenty of opportunities to take pictures. Overall the atmosphere of the restaurant is great‚ as soon as you walk in you feel like you’re in a comic book. The wait staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was a bit pricey but worth it. The place is smaller than I expected but still many places for pictures. There are two large mirrors as well as cute couches inside and a few props in the outside space so bring your selfie stick!
