I went in personally to order some hot and sour soup and fried wontons, somehow it got mixed up and I got wonton soup. I called in to try to let them know the mix up and the guy claim that he repeated my order back to me. He did not because when it came time for me to charge I had to unlock my debit card, I guess it was taking me too long so he got distracted and walked away, then came back and just charged my card. I didn’t think of such a small order could get mixed up so I didn’t think anything of it. But my order was wrong and there was no option for me to even bring the soup back. Very unsatisfied and my fried meat wontons were soggy. $18 spent for nothing. Won’t be returning

I usually order with them and have no problem. However, tonight they got my whole order wrong and when I called to see what we could do (very nicely) they were so rude. The kid that took my order argued with me and then the mom got on the phone who I had never spoke to and told me that she had confirmed the order when she didn’t. I couldn’t even eat the food it was too spicy and I’m pregnant. The only thing right was the drink. I wouldn’t have even left a review if they weren’t so rude and kept telling me I was wrong. I always order the same thing. So I know I ordered correctly.

Delicious! I eat a lot of Chinese food. I was out of town and stopped here for lunch. The orange chicken combo was fresh, tender, with a slight crisp crust. And the Spring Rolls were also the best I’ve had in a long while. Crispy veggies inside. Well done chef! I’ll be back.

Love how they comdate whatever you want to order but when I ask for extra crispy egg rolls that has not happened but other than that there the best Chinese food around Watertown that I like. The french fries are not crispy at all and the egg rolls are not crispy they look like they just dropped them in the oil and out I will make sure not to order from them again horrible.

I just moved here from Tampa,Florida and I found this restaurant on google I looked at all the reviews So I tried them myself . Since then I’ve order over half a dozen times. Their food is always fresh when they deliver it they give you a great amount and the prices are very reasonable and cheap . I love that the tax isn’t high and the drivers and the people who take my order are so nice. I would definitely keep eating here.

Usually awesome service. However tonight the employee that took our order placed crab Rangoon on the order instead of the Pu Pu Platter we actually ordered. When we called they wanted us to pay to correct the order! Not a good business decision, will never order from here again

The food is good but often overcooked. The restaurant is very close to my house so I order from here all the time. But what concerns me though is that every time I have walked in the store or have called to order, there are young toddlers, and even sometimes infants, in the kitchen where the food is being prepared. Not at all sure if that is safe for the children or the customers.
