Very good place…full of people, At least lunch was full, I’ll have to come back for dinner. Our server didn’t have enough words to explain that the burrito I ordered was huge! So the owner came out and got me a better, smaller burrito plate choice, that was just what I wanted. Good fish choices, shrimp, and delicious ceviche. They have a patio for this summer, and I’m looking forward to see this place rock.

I will say my first few experiences have not been great. However, I believe this was with different owners. The more recent times I have been in have been much better. The food quality seems to have improved, however I still find the guacamole to be less than fresh, and the chips haven’t been warm nor seasoned. The service has been friendly and accommodating lately, and the place has a good atmosphere and seems relatively clean. I’m glad New Castle finally has a decent Mexican restaurant, but I will usually opt for those in Glenwood for dinner.

I’m not sure what happened to this place but the last few experiences have been incredibly disappointing. We have dined here many, many times over the years and we have always received delicious food, great service and a friendly environment up until about 3 months ago.

The seafood was incredible! Best I’ve had outside of Mexico! The service however almost ruined the experience. Waitress was so unprofessional – appetizer arrived after our meals were served among other things. Disappointing to say the least. We will be back however as this is our favorite place to eat when we are in the area!
