It used to be a good place to go, still very delicious food even though it is pricey, but now it has reduced their portions too much.

Good evening, we came to your establishment a few times and spent always from $70-$90 for 2 people. Today we came in and spent $65.25 with gratuity $9.79 plus tax came to a total of $78.92. I have 2 complaints that occur today. One we order an additional dish (had 3 dishes plus an appetizer) so we didn’t finish everything as we had a lot of food. We asked for a small to go sauce container to take sauce to go as we had 3 boxes of food and the lady said she couldn’t give us an container, I told her to ask the manager/owner as we had a lot of food leftover. She came back and said she will have to charge me, I was really confused on why would I have to be charged and her replied was “the manager/owner said we have to charge”. I asked for a box so I will just put the sauce in a box and she said I will get you the sauce. When she brings me the bill she charges me for $2.00 for sauce after us spending almost $70 on just food for 2 people. On top of that on their menu it states that gratuity will be added to 3 people or more and we were 2 people and they added the tip to the bill with no communication which is consider false advertisements. My friend and I are in the restaurant business for over 20 years each, we are both general managers at 2 different restaurants and there was no hospitality in this situation. You lost a customer that spends over $70 every time we go for $2.00 which is SHAME ON YOU. GREED does not get you far in this business. Hospitality is key!

I order from here all the time and they only take cash. Paying cash isn’t the issue. I would call ahead to place an order to save time during pickup. Lady on the phone says I needed to Zelle them in order for them to start making my order. If I didn’t Zelle, I would have to drive to restaurant and place the order. I refused to Zelle someone prior to receiving my order. It’s unfortunate that they changed things and now I won’t be coming here anymore. It takes long for them to make the food so driving to the restaurant and waiting is a complete waste of time unless you dine in.

Came for the first time last year by recommendation of a friend and WOW!! The food is amazing…we ordered the fried chicken with fries, it was cooked perfectly and well served. We decided to try other dishes like their breakfast menu and it’s the best peruvian breakfast I’ve had ever. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is super friendly. There’s street parking ( no quarter meters) there’s plenty of streets for parking.

TERRIBLE FOOD ! me and my girlfriend went to to this place on Sunday for lunch, and we both order fried chicken, after a couple of hours we both ended up with food poisoning I ended up throwing up, and she ended up with fever…. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DON’T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA TAKE THEM TO THE HOSPITAL FOR FOOD POISONING !

I want to order a dish to eat with a frametime of one hour(my lunch time in my work)and I called by phone one hour before,to order it and pay by card on advance.I was told only cash. Then I explained them about my frame time and they didn’t wanted to take the order until I arrived there. When I arrived there, I asked if I could eat my lunch there, and get attended there, but they didn’t want me to do it. The restaurant was almost empty, only one couple of persons was in one of the tables and I have not problem to leave a tip of 15% or more…They said it was a restaurant policy. I didn’t purchase anything there. I used to go there and do it when the restaurant wasn’t expanded…The service policy is bad…

Loved this place! Their pollo broaster is delicious as well as their chaufa. It is really good, their creams is what makes the difference. The servers are very nice and the ice cream is delicious. Update: The waitresses are very very very nice, specially Camila (I think that was her name), and a blond colombian lady. Instagram @imluzcusi I am a local guide professional and may come back to see if it improved. The tips are included at it is 18%.

What a bad experience with this overqualified Peruvian restaurant. They believe they have a five stars restaurant but it’s only a one start one. I’m sorry but I will never be there no more. Thanks and good luck.
