Cozy Taiwanese spot that’s located in Walnut (in the Vons complex). I love supporting small businesses, and it’s essentially solely ran by the owner. This is a cash only place, but very reasonable prices. For four of us, we got 2 pork buns, sesame noodles, cold seaweed salad, 1987 Beedle soup (the Taiwanese beef noodle soup) and Napa pork dumplings. We probably didn’t need to get the sesame dumplings but they offer to-go boxes. There’s also a deal where you could get 55 dumplings for $20 when it’s to-go otherwise in the restaurant it’s 14 pieces for $7-8. The cold seaweed salad was refreshing but I didn’t realize that it was shredded chicken as the meat… not sure if it was tripe or not, but either way I liked it. The dumplings are my favorite – they juicy and plump and fried to perfect crispness. The Taiwanese beef noodle soup is decent – I like the texture of the noodles but be aware there are no veggies in it. The beef this time around was tender and the egg was well-cooked. The sesame noodles were cold and soft as they ought to be. You have to mix in the sauce when it arrives to your table. There is water you could self-service and it’s icy cold. There’s enough seating and there’s a tv that plays Chinese shows on it. The owner is really friendly and he brings out the food as it’s made. Overall love coming here for tasty Taiwanese cuisine.

No more 1987, now it’s a Noodle restaurant. And it’s the best Noodle soup I’ve ever had. No other ramen can compete with this one. Prices are fairly good also.

Great Food! I drove from Colorado for vacation and needed authentic Asian cuisine…Beedle House did not disappoint. Great customer service!

New place to try. A little bit salty for me, but my friend said it’s ok for her.

Closed for remodeling… Should let customers know. There is a couple of notices on the glass door and that’s it. I guess we should’ve called.

Fantastic noodles. Asinine name. Great service. Perfectly encapsulates Chinese atmosphere. Pretty cheap with good side dishes. (Try the egg and tomatoes!)

I was their first customer on opening day . The cafe is small but very nice with a limited menu . I ordered the beef noodle stew and the pork belly sandwich they described as a Chinese hamburger . They were both very good , will return.

Dishes are OK, not so good not so bad but you can have other choices in the area.its not a place you always want to go, as matter of fact, only been there once a year. Once last year and once this year because friend asked to meet there due to location. It not expensive but it’s not very cheap. I rather have a burger if it’s not my friend’s choice.

Interesting semi self-serve place. Simple beef noodle soup with the standard (essential) side dishes and quite tasty.

Not much selections on the menu, but what they do have is amazing. Especially the pork belly with special bread and luwei.
