This is a must for coffee lovers. We got flat white, latte, breakfast sandwich and homemade ricotta jam toast for $25. Stupid reasonable for the quality of the food. Breakfast sandwich was on croissant bun NOM and the ricotta & jam toast was warm and delicious

Wow. Cannot overstate what a welcome addition this spot is to Mass St. I got the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito and both were, without question, two of the best I’ve ever eaten, anywhere. The consistency and taste of the egg in the breakfast sandwich is unreal. 10 out of 5 stars.
