The service is perfectly fine and the food is phenomenal. The 11th Street Burger remains the best hamburger I’ve ever had, and it’s up against Charm City Burgers and Tucker Duke’s Lunchbox. The meals are huge and filling, and still cheaper than some other places considering the quality of the quantity you get.

Service was just okay, but the food was above average. Good burgers and fries especially the black and blue burger. They also have their own fountain sodas which is a cool addition. Small dining space, and parking is rough if you go when it’s busy.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for several years. At one time they serviced the customers at the World of Beer next door. In all of these years I have only had 2 occasions to be unsatisfied with the food I was served. On the 1st occasion it took more than 1 attempt to actually speak to the manager and the issue was resolved to our mutual satisfaction. Today’s experience was completely different, I stopped in to pick up my order and mentioned the issue and was directed to the manager, Jamie who approached me in a confrontational manner, telling me that in the 8 years of being in business, I am the only customer to complain about the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. He indicated that he had was aware of the complaint and knew exactly who I was. He made it seem as if I complained on a regular basis, keep in mind I have been ordering from his restaurant for many years and this is the 2nd occasion. He said that they are all made the same way every time, which is unusual since this wasn’t the first time that I have ordered this sandwich, in fact I have had dozens. I told him that even though they attempt to keep everything the same, I understand that anyone can make a mistake. His answer was that if I understand that anyone can make a mistake that I, the customer, should cut them some slack. In other words, I should excuse the lack of quality and keep my mouth shut and continue to be a paying customer of that restaurant. Not hardly what you would expect from any restaurant manager. That being said, today’s experience will be the last as I will no longer be a patron of his establishment. A sad excuse for “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!!!

Disappointed, ordered two muffulettas; told after my purchase it’s different bread but taste just as good. It doesn’t in fact I’ve never tasted such horrible bread in mylife. I’ve gone there before and had good service, so I thought I was getting the same thing. You would of thought there would atleast be a price decrease or something for the change of bread but I paid full price for cheaper nasty bread. This place has gone down hill.

This ridiculous restaurant will not let high school students dine inside their restaurant regardless of how much money they are spending. The manager is uncooperative, unhelpful, and the rudest person on the planet. I absolutely refuse to dine here ever again. The staff is horrible which is understandable considering who their leader is.

The people at this restaurant are very rude to minors. The lady working cashier was looking at me in a demeaning way and talking to me in a very rude manor. during 11-2 they make teenagers sit outside in the pounding sun and refuse to let them sit inside because of incidents cause by people 8 years ago.
