5 stars! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I had such a nice time while visiting 122. The owner, the chef and the waitresses were all nice and had great customer service. The fish & grits was superb. The vibe and atmosphere went very well with the music and the margaritas! I will definitely be a returning customer.

This by far is the worse customer service to ever exist in the delta. I was pre-warned not to patronize this restaurant in advance and I must say previous customers were totally correct. We were seated and waited 25 before our beverage order was taken and waited another 29 minutes before we received drinks. After drinks were given the waiter walked away and didn’t return for another 30 minutes to take our food order in which half of the menu was unavailable even though they reopened at 7:00pm and we entered the establishment around 7:30. We had no other choice but to order food that we really don’t come there for.

I had friends who traveled from Jackson, Belzoni and Indianola, MS to celebrate my birthday with me. The atmosphere was awesome, our waitress was a sweetheart…but the MANAGERS need to take a “customer pleasing” class. They were very rude and not friendly, at all. We all know the customer isn’t always right, that’s cliche’!! But if someone isn’t pleased with their dinner, they should feel comfortable to voice their concerns without being told to never come back!! There were 11 of us, everyone spent over $40.00, easily…it took over 2 hours to get our food. Everything was delicious, but the portions are for kids. I was warned not to dine here…I like to experience things/people for myself. Needless to say, I will not return. Everyone’s experience isn’t the same, but I wasn’t pleased with the managers. I initially ordered catfish and grits, I didn’t realize that the sauce had crawfish (it was on the menu), which I am allergic to, the manager was nice enough to prepare me a different dish, for no extra charge…I’m grateful, for that.
