One of the most traditional and tasty hot pot I ever ate in America, taste just like my childhood back in Chengdu. Highly recommend their beef which has bunch of variety and the best quality I ever ate! Most importantly is super valuable highly recommend!

Great spot for hot pot! They have really premium combo options and they have a lot of broth options to choose from. Make sure to choose their triple broth hot pot if you want to try more, we loved their Swai fish, prime filet and the quail eggs! Great for the cold weather, their space is also very open and has high ceilings/good ventilation and you don’t feel like claustrophobic and it doesn’t get crazy hot from the cooking broth. They don’t have AYCE yet, but was told they will some time in the new year.

Waiter was helpful. Tried his best with English and he helped us order. We ordered hot pot and tomato broth with beef, chicken, seafood and veggies. Hot pot was too spicy. Place was clean. Service was quick. Next time we’ll get mushroom broth. And be wiser about order.

Food quality is really good! All the food we ordered are so fresh and tasty. This restaurant is very spacious and great place for friends gathering. We love love love the tomato broth, we packed it home and made noodles with it. It’s 30min driving for us, but definitely worth it. We will come back again!

We had a great time. The meat was fresh and tender. The variety and quality of the vegetables spot on. The owner spent time telling us the story of the restaurant. To me, reasonably priced for the quality and experience.

I got try try 12 Ji Hot Pot their 2nd night open. Great food quality, authentic Chinese hot pot. A more elevated experience than other hot pot places. It will cost more but it’s worth it. The owners have opted for an a la carte menu instead of the more traditional all you can eat style of the high volume places. Given the outstanding ingredient quality it makes total sense. If you’d rather have the better culinary experience instead of the “stuff yourself until you’re beyond full” experience 12 Ji Hot Pot is worth a try.

This was my party of Five’s first time with a hot pot dining experience. To start, the service was phenomal! Our server explained the process in detail, walked us through the steps. As far as the food, it was all clean and fresh with excellent flavor. I think the price is good value if you are eating with multiple people especially. Highly reccomend you go dine at this new and locally owned restraunt.
