Great little brew pub and grill in Paris Tx. Stopped here on the way to Florida and was happily surprised with the food and brew. Homemade chips and salsa, the grilled chicken tacos were amazing. Plates averaged $11 and had plenty on the plate. Plenty of beer choices. No AC but managed to keep cool with fans, and cold beer. Worth the stop if you are passing through.

Positive experience overall. A few issues keeping it from five stars, but i wouldnt object to returning. i wish the BLT had more than 2 strips of bacon. Waitress was good enough- infrequent checkups that would have been a problem if we were needy, but we weren’t so we didn’t do without. Atmosphere was pretty loud, tough to talk or hear but still had a pretty cool vibe.

We were passing through Paris and decided to stop. Such a great find. Great beer offerings on tap and food. I gave it a 4 for the food only because our fries were cold and not fresh. They still had great flavor, though. The okra tacos were outstanding! Hubby had the cheeseburger and said it was very good. Great atmosphere. We will return if we are passing through Paris again.

Great food and great atmosphere. Really cool place, check it out if you’re passing through. It’s an older brick building that they’ve converted to an open air venue – very cool. I had the lime tacos which were outstanding and they have tons of craft beers available. It’s something I’d expect to find in Dallas, very pleasantly surprised to find something like this in Paris.

Great Place, cool atmosphere, great food, friendly staff. I had the sliders and fries and they were excellent. Partner had the Fish tacos and I had one and they were amazing and I will have them next visit. Soda was fizzy and not watered down. Great place down in Paris and a good spot as right across from the Paris square which was lit up that night. Keep up the great work.

Stopped In for lunch on our way thru town and had a wonderful experience. Let me start off by saying this place is an absolute gem. This restaurant is in a shell of an old building with a partial transparent roof. It gives you patio vibes without having to be windblown. The food was delicious. We had the fried green beans, sweet n’ spicy flat bread, and the grilled cheese supreme. We also tried some Austin ciders. Everything was so delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely visit this place if you want great food and a wonderful atmosphere!

Everything here was fantastic, the food, the beer, the service, the atmosphere, all of it. I ordered the burger that came with a fried egg, bacon, and cheese (I can’t remember what they called it on their menu, sorry) and a side of garlic fries. It came with a small container of ranch that tasted homemade and was very, very good. Ketchup, salt and pepper was available at the table. Our server was very friendly and was quick and generous with the refills. He also brought us water with lemon while we looked over the menu. I was able to try a sample of the beer I wanted before ordering. I ordered the Watermelon Queen beer on tap and it was great. The food came out very fast. We just stopped for a quick bite to eat but this would be a great place at sit a while and catch up with friends. Would highly recommend.

Great food and great people… This will sound weird but I wanna go back when it’s raining lol… It’s hard to explain it’s kinda indoor/outdoor… Go check em out and you will see what I’m talking about. It was a around 100 degrees outside and it was still cool enough in there to enjoy the food and environment. They also have a great variety of BEER and drinks.

Really enjoyed our lunch experience here! The fish tacos were excellent and so we’re the pulled pork sliders. Husband said some of the best pulled pork he’s had. I loved sampling beers I’d never heard of, like Nacho Lime by Backstory.
