I wish I could select something less than one star, but it will not give me that option. This is my first time ever ordering from this restaurant and it will be my last. For the same price I would’ve been better off at JJ FISH. Well way better quality. I will attach the photos that I have taken and haven’t even touch as of yet. Besides, place ketchup sauce in one area. The lemonade even taste off. There’s something there places in there that should not be placed for us to drink. The rice is overcooked, the fish is definitely not enough for what I can get at JJ fish. You never know until someone comes out with it and then it goes viral. Believe me when I say please take your business elsewhere.

Couldn’t image seafood take out to be good, but this was excellent. Food was ready for pickup steaming hot with the goodness of fresh seafood and seasonings. The sweet corn melts in your mouth, delicious every bite. Ordered the snow crab legs, shrimp, corn and potatoes. Order the boiled egg as side. The boil in a bag combination was seasoned well and plenty of butter for dipping. Great service! This is a favorite and a great idea for a seafood boil on the deck with guests at home.

The customer service was good. The young man at the front was nice but the food was not. The tilapia and fried shrimp tasted old and real chewy. The fries had an odd taste also and there wasn’t much flavor at all. For the prices; the food definitely needs to be modified. The lemonade was pretty decent however.

I have eaten at one pot on several occasions but this will be my last. I ordered the #9 crab legs with shirmp, corn and potatoes. As I went to bite my corn there was a worm on the corn. This immediately made me sick to my stomach. I called the establishment and asked to speak with the manager. I explain to her the situation and she laughed and hung up the phone. I was terrible upset about the nature of my food but i would not have made this post if the manger was professional about the situation. I will contact the health and food department on Monday morning and will report this establishment. One pot you have lost a faithful customer and gain a major complaint and major publications of the distasteful food on all social media due to your management unprofessional skills.

The owner of this company uses deceptive and manipulative business practices. They use reviews in an attempt to extort money and free merchandise. In my business dealings with this company, they made a mistake when they hired a very sketchy individual to perform work and transport equipment for their business. When this individual made a mistake and cost them money, they started leaving negative reviews for other reputable businesses in an attempt to extort free merchandise and money. I will no longer do business with this company and will no longer eat at their establishment. Knowing that they hire people under the table, and operate with deceptive business practices makes me wonder what they do in regards to their customers and the food that they are serving them.
