Had a fantastic salad here after checking in. Very flavorful with juicy chicken. Small portions and expensive, but satiating.

Ate lunch at 1 Kitchen after checking into the hotel earlier today. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded so we had our choice of seats. Chairs/ booth were comfortable and super chill in typical 1 Hotel fashion. Service was quick and good. We had options of both the breakfast and lunch menus. I went with the vegetable melt and truffle fries. Not the healthiest of options, but those fries…wow. My wife had the heirloom tomato panzanella and the corn soup which were both delectable. We washed lunch down with a Modern Times Fortunate Islands ale and a glass of Thomas Jefferson Rose. The winter 2020 menu offers plenty of options for both plant based and more traditional palates which is also good for us. Would eat here again for convenience and for overall food, service, and delivery.

Fantastic! Nice relaxing atmosphere serving tasty food with a smile. My decision to dine here was based on location, fare, and its participation in Dine LA restaurant week.

The pancakes and the people are 5 star! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and in LA had lots of different service but at the 1 kitchen I had the most kind servers I had in LA. One of my servers that I forgot to ask his name but I remember greenish eyes and you had small dreads pulled back. Thank you for wonderful service and just your overall vibe – you let me post up in a booth never made me feel rushed. Kind people deserve to always be celebrated and lets not forget about the best gluten free pancakes of my life!

Absolutely fantastic, we had a late dinner – which can mean lack of staff attention. But this was not the case, we had wonderful service from Jasmine and if we weren’t still full from last night we would go for breakfast!
