We tried this place for the first time tonight and loved it. The beef brisket is excellent and they serve a healthy portion, along with an very interesting vinegar slaw. I wasn’t a major fan of the cornbread as I like a sweeter version, but the rest of the party liked it a lot. The mac and cheese is amazingly good. I would normally take away a full star for the issue with the ribs, as they were chewy and nowhere near fall off the bone as a good rib should be, but the flavor was there as was the meat. They really just need to cook them low and slow so they are tender. I’m thinking they could fix this issue without too much problem.

I’m from the south and this makes everything iv ever eaten seem like dirt. I know you may think I’m exaggerating but I’m not, the food here is 15 out of 5. We frequent this place and every time we eat her it is just as good as the first. In addition it is very pleasing on the eyes. It has that simple, down home look that I love. The decor is perfect for a fun night with friends, and great food. The owner is really friendly and personable, the crew matching his outgoing nature. All in all, this place is the best thing about Massachusetts.
